For further information we announce the current status of implementation concerning REACH and CLP. The responses from our suppliers are evaluated and documented in a database (Fit4REACH Navigator). The suppliers have (pre-)registered the relevant materials for use as raw material in the production of resins, coatings, coating systems and products derived there from.
Here, a separate pre-registration is not necessary, since the availability is secured. Nevertheless, we have preregistered relevant substances in addition.
Updated safety data sheets are delivered on time and we implement it.
Own materials, we have even pre-registered (REACH) and notified (CLP).
So far, no substances have become known, due to the REACH or CLP (cost/dangerousness: SVHC) could not be delivered.
Candidate Substances Lists 10/2008 to 12/2013 in the products are not present and will be avoided.
We check the status of REACH and CLP in internal audits.
The REACH and CLP – conformity has been assessed externally by the authorities. There were no deviations or evidence, so we can ensure absolute conformity to REACH and CLP.
