ATCOAT buys Bosig Chemie in Hamburg
Per 01.01.2013 ATCOAT GmbH has acquired business and production facility of the former Bosig Chemie in Hamburg, which already closed the plant end of August 2012.
This acquisition enables ATCOAT to expand its product portfolio towards acrylic resins, UV resins and epoxy ester resins. Established and new products will be presented at the ECS in March (booth 4-504).
We are happy to continue the long lasting tradition and keep further developing and producing resins in Hamburg.
